I graduated college with a Communications degree, but I don’t know what I can use that in. I need direction.
I’m now working at a customer service center for a car insurance company, but I’m better then that. I’m better then being part of a Street Team. But I don’t know where to go, what to do. I thought about Public Relations, but I don’t think I can base a career on one class.
I realize that it’s difficult asking a total stranger(s) something like this, but I have no idea where to even start. Just a little direction is all I need.

If you’re still interested in communications, these links here can help you start your search:

http://www.google.com/search?num=20&hl=en&safe=off&q=what+can+I+do+with+a+communications+major
Go through the links above and write down any careers that sound interesting to you. Then go to this site:
http://www.bls.gov/oco/
It’s the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Outlook Handbook. Type in the career in the search box in the top right-hand corner. You’ll get all kinds of info on it, including training, future job outlook and salary. Then google the career to find more information. Do the same for other fields outside of communications that you might be interested in as well.
If you’re not sure if you want to stay in communications or not, or what to do, these might help:
Google search for how to find your calling and purpose:

I hope this helps. Good luck.
You could also work in publications. If you live in a big city, you could work on the staff of a magazine that specializes in something you’re interested in, and there’s always newspaper work as well. You could also do freelance work so you’re not limited to a single publication.
Best of luck!
