You can always go to a college that has majors in both subjects and for the first year, take classes that pertains to them and see which one you do better/like more. You can also take internships to get hands on expierence to see which you like better.

I’m a Naval Architect – not exactly the same, but enough. I design luxury sailboats – yachts. I love it. I love the creation of something completely from my imagination, seeing it come to fruition. I can touch it. It’s art. You know, you can major in Architecture and then move on to Law School, if you desire. There isn’t a particular major that you have to be in to go to law school. Or if you want to go further in architecture, you can go on and get a masters in that. But majoring in architecture, even taking a few classes, would give you a good idea if this is the career for you. Architecture majors basically LIVE in the studio, so be prepared for that.

Two of my cousins are architects and both went to Penn State for their undergrad and Columbia for their masters.

My SIL is a corporate attorney. She also loves her job. I believe she majored in History before heading on to law school.

I often discouraged people from architecture. Apparently, it has made a comeback.

As for Engineering, Chemical is probably the best but the hardest.

My wife had had quite a career as a Vet.

I can not say much about law.

It sounds like you’re about to start college, which is a great time to explore different interests, do internships, and find out more about career options. It’s probably too early for you to rule anything out, but in many ways you’re ahead of the game by paying attention to what you truly enjoy doing. Dont listen to who says “whatever makes more money” i mean, yes..the money is a good path, but also, what do you love more? Which one have you been wanting to do longer? I myself cannot decide between studying about surgery of the heart or of the lungs. Anyways, which are you more passionate about? Also think about which one has a brighter future ahead of you

hmmm… i prefer architecture … because there will be no tension as much as there it will be in law as a lawyer. and it brings out your creativity and you will have more job satisfaction when there is less tension … i have seen many architects who are really enjoying their lives… and i have also seen many lawyers always in tensions and all… i dunno about lawyers from ur country … but in my country (India) lawyers take so much tension … easy going and satisfaction … architecture. wanna take risk and tension ? lawyer. choose.
