If this is a concern, you could first take some “English as a second language” classes at your local community college. Not only would they improve your English, but you’d also meet fellow students and perhaps make some local friends. You’d also get used to how the US university system works.

Once you get better at English, you can study anything you’d like. You could do another bachelor’s degree, if you’d like, or, since you already have a bachelor’s, you could go on and get a graduate-level certificate, or even a Master’s degree – and it doesn’t have to be in Hindi. It could even be in business, if you’re interested in that. It’s entirely up to you.
