Absolute minimum will be 5. This can be reduced to 4 or 4.5 if you flog yourself through school with excessive class loads, take CLEP / AP exams to get out of your basics, and taking every summer credit you can get your hands on.
Average would be 5 to 6.5 years at a decent pace, depending on bachelors or masters degree, class load, and internship / work experience while in school.
