depending on what path your taking, and what school you attend

approx. 6 years if you do two years of pre-requisites and 4 years of pharmacy school. (some schools have 3 year pre-req programs)

approx. 8 years if you get a B.S. degree first, then attend pharmacy school.

The best thing to do is talk to a college admissions counselor at whatever school your looking at. Good luck 🙂

In India any person who have completed two years of Diploma in pharmacy (+ 3-6 months practical training ) from recognised institute that is course should be recognised by Pharmacy Council of India(PCI) will be eligible to register himself/herself as pharmacist.

P.S- Diploma in Pharmacy course is generally offered in Polytechnic Colleges and eligilbilty is 10+2(Science stream). It is of 2 years course and followed by 3-6 practical training.

I think 3-4 years. It’s very easy to find the answer to this question by searching online. The sources you will find will be much more reliable than any of the answers you receive on this site.

Well first of all it depends on where your living….Canada, US?

At most universities in Canada, Pharmacy is 5 yrs with your first year being your pre-pharmacy studies.

I can only talk about Canada because I’m from here:)

4 to 6 years. if you go to a specialized school, that knocks off about 2 years….you have to get your certification, and your license…
