How long will i have to go to college for…..?
I want to become a counselor and work with teenage kids, probably about sexual health or just with any problems they might be having.
How long will i have to go to college for that? i know i need a masters which will take about 6 years. because i need my bachelors degree which takes 4 years and then the masters i could get in 2 if i work hard. right?
but what would i need to take for it? i have looked it up and havent been able to find any good information on the topic. so i was hoping someone would know.

If you want to be a school guidance counselor you will first need to hold a teaching position, but if you want to be a school social worker (counsels kids, fairly similar) then its four years for a bachelor and 1-2 years for a masters depending on whether or not you are accepted advanced standing. This is if you major in Social work. You can also major in psychology, but that tends to take longer than the social work program. Either way you go you will need to pass a test to obtain a counselor’s license. These tests are state specific, therefor passing it in one state does not necessarily mean you will be able to practice with it in another. Obviously you would not be limited to only working in schools there are many other areas where you can work with teens in this field of work. If I wasn’t clear on something you can send me a message and I’ll try my best to answer it. Best of luck

Depends if you are speakme approximately longest as in so much performed or longest as in oldest first recreation, and if you are speakme approximately all of university soccer, or simply Division I-A. The so much performed contention in all of university soccer is Lehigh-Lafayette, who simply performed for the 143rd time. The so much performed contention in Division I-A is Wisconsin-Minnesota, who met for the 117th time final week. Their first assembly was once in 1890. There are many rivalries which began earlier than Kansas-Missouri. Princeton and Yale met for the primary time in 1873, Princeton and Columbia in 1874. Yale and Harvard met for the primary time in 1875. Lehigh and Lafayette did not begin till 1884. Army and Navy first met in 1890 as good.
