How can u get permission from instructor if his/her email address isn’t listed anywhere?
going to speak to them isn’t an option since classes start the day after I arrive on campus

The teachers are probably back on campus preparing for the school year. Call the main switchboard and ask for the instructor’s extension. Even if he or she isn’t in, there should be voicemail.
