I don’t have to much information regarding admissions into Stockholm’s school of economics. I know that in the US, admission into a graduate program in economics is very competitive. There is really no easy way to get into a master’s program in economics. In the US, you’ll need a strong background in math as well as a demonstrated interest in economics (through your person alessay or taking econ classes), GRE scores (you’ll need to score very high in the quantitative section of the exam) and strong letters of recommendation (preferably by your instructors). I believe that Stockholm School of Economics does not require that you speak Swedish. They teach their graduate classes (in econ) in english.

I think you would be best off contacting the stockholm school through their website http://www.sse.edu/sv_default.htm where they can give you information regarding what are the requirements to be accepted into their progrom.
