Hi, I have question regarding Medical school at states.?

Is it better to do undergrad in states if I am planning to apply for american med school?

Am I diminishing my chances of getting in if I do undergrad in Canada? Vice versa, am I increasing my chances of getting in if I do undergrad at states?

The short answer is yes to both questions. That doesn’t mean that you won’t be accepted either way you do it, but you’ll be competing for fewer ‘foreign student’ slots against an increasing number of foreign applicants.

Just as an FYI, all Canadian medical schools are accredited by the same authority as US med schools, so your education would be identical–and less expensive–in Canada.
