There isn’t really a letter grade comparison with SAT scores because of the way the test is graded. The test itself is not a very good way to tell someone’s academic potential because I know kids that paid $2000 for a private tutor that taught them how to take it. I would try to get your scores above 500, most four year universities like to see students with at least that score, but they will look anything and take into account your GPA, courses taken, and extra activities. I would advise you to invest in an SAT prep book and take the tests to familiarize yourself with the kind of questions they ask. Just by repetition you will see your scores go up.

yes it is 1240/2400 so that is 51%. i am sure you will get into A university. just not a very good one. but its okay. dont let these numbers hold you back from pursuing your dreams. good luck!!!!!!!
