I’d say Oxford. I visited the Oxford admissions site and they said they look to “admit the top 2 percent of school leavers nationwide.” That’s tough. If you’ve been to Harvard’s site. Many students are only top 7% or 5% of their repsective graduating classes, not the entire country. Oxford definitely look for leaders only. Also Oxford claimed that the SAT range of admitted students was 1400/1600- 1600/1600. The minimum was 1400/1600, so consdier that hard. If I can remember, if you get a 1400 on your SAT, you can consider prestigious US colleges such as Berkeley, Stanford or Yale. Anyways, it depends on your preferences and what your looking for.
