Yes, I don’t know the exact details, but they transferred from one college in the midwest to a college over here (New York) and 90 credits were denied by the college. He had not yet recieved his diploma because he figured that he just switch to a new college for the last semester and finish up, but now he’s in a bind because he transferred here and now he has to transfer back.

Part of the country, you mean the US? Sounds strange. Did the bachelors come from a university that was not accredited?
