Can you get into medical school if you took online school in High School?

You mean you did high school over the computer?
That won’t matter, because to get into medical school you (almost always, for most cases) need to have a bachelors degree first. That means, you go to college and get a bachelors, then go into medical school. Some colleges have different programs, but from what I hear it is all basically the same thing as this, just slightly less time, and the programs can be pretty hard to get into.

I know University of Central Florida has a program in conjunction with University of South Florida where high school students can qualify for a 7-year medical program. Is that what you mean?

Yes. Just don’t do that in college, since your college transcript is what will be looked at by the people on the Medical School Admissions Committees. Online courses are considered to be easier than regular courses, so you don’t want to do them.
