career opportunities with a degree in english?
hi, i’m doing a research paper for my english course this semester, and i’m supposed to ask around and research what people have done with a degree in english, specifically english education.
personally, i’m curious if you have an english ed degree, did you go on to do something else english related rather than teaching.

My mom has an English Ed degree and she took some extra courses a bit after graduation and is a paralegal.

English Degree… McDonalds is hiring.
What? Me fail English? That’s unpossible… My point was not that you wouldn’t find a job at all, but that it would be relatively low paying, and completely unrelated to your education.
