For UCF students: where is the best place to live for an undergraduate but first time at the school?
Favorite Answer
If you don’t want a roommate and would like a private room, you can apply to live in the Towers. There are four Towers total. The newest Tower opened this year, and Tower III is reserved for the Burnett Honors College students. Tower I and II opened a few years ago, but they are equally nice (I live in one of them.) When living in the Towers, you have the option of buying a reserved parking space in the East or West parking garage.
The only reservation I have about the Towers, is the cost. The Towers cost significantly more than any other on campus housing. You will need to discuss this with whomever will be paying your housing, tuition and such.
I hope that I have helped, if you have any more questions about the housing, please feel free to message me!
Good luck!
