Don’t worry so much. Just bring a pen and a notebook and that’s it. It’s your first day and you won’t do much anyway. The professor will mostly go over the syllabus, explain the policies, rules and stuff. For the next class try to get the books that are required and take notes. Also ask for professors e-mail if s/he does not provide it. This way you could ask questions if you need to even when you are not in class. Remember, not all students in your class will be freshman, so don’t expect everyone to be the same as you. try to make friends and know where what is and you’ll be fine. It’s not hard at all if you pay attention. I, myself always study 2 days before my tests and am doing very good. Good luck. Enjoy those days because they will be the best of your life.

IT depends on the college and the class size. teachers won’t baby you like they do in HS. AP classes in HS are equivalent to introductory courses at a community college.
