Early decision application? wat does it mean? if i apply can i apply to other universities? how to get one?

Some schools require that if they accept you early decision, you will go there. You can then not apply elsewhere or the acceptance will be revoked. And you can only apply to one such school at a time.
Other schools don’t have this requirement anymore. It simply means you can apply early and apply anywhere else as well. Check the specific school admissions guidelines.

Early decision is the university would let u know very early if u will be accepted or not. U can still apply to other universities but if u get accepted to ur early decision school then u have to accept it. On how to get an early decision really depends on the school whether they have that option or not.
