It’s been a while since I had to apply for college, but I think your highshcool or test site sends the test transcripts . The reasoning, some peopele would lie about their scores.
Depending upon what school you attend, resume, grade point average and volunteer activites can overcome a poor SAT or ACT

I worked for a private college in GA. Yes we required a official copy of your ACT and/or SAT. You should be able to call (319-337-1313) and order a copy sent to the college of your choice. You could just fill out the on-line request form on the web site http://www.act.org/contacts/index.html. Be prepared to make a payment by master card or visa. You may also need to know the college code which can usually be found on the college website.

When I applied to college, they wanted an actual copy of my ACT scores. If you’re in high school, this might be in your high school transcripts. Talk to your advisor about it.
