College suggests and or advice about HBCU’s?
I’ll be a Senior this year and I am having a hard time tryint to figure out what schools I want to go to. I’m considering an HBCU, Clark Atlanta and Bethune Cookman are two tops. Anyone have any suggestions, advice personal experiences about any HBCU’s and/or those two specifically.

I think if you need that type of environment, then you should go for it. But I think when you’re a minority and have strong sat scores and good grades, that could benefit you into getting into top colleges.
Schools like Harvard and other Ivy leagues will take you as long as you have a high enough gpa, and good enough sat score(doesn’t have to be high). I think anyone who can benefit from it should take advantage of the opportunity. Some of these schools will even throw money at you just to come to their school regardless of family income, just to bring in diversity into their schools. Even below schools Ivy leagues such as NYU will accept someone with a low sat score and strong gpa. Use it to your advantage, if it’s not a must to attend a predominant all black college.
