College question (May be stupid)?

I am wanting to get a degree in Web Design. I am looking at some courses at a community college in my state. But i am not sure exactly what i will be earning. I hope this isn’t a stupid question, but will i be getting credits? If so what will credits go for? And if not, What is the point in it? I’ll post the link below so you can see it. Thanks for any help!

you will not be getting either.the classes are contuining ed and are not credit classes. the classes are like prep classes towards a degree. it gives you some prior knowledge on the subject. if you want a degree in web design you have to look under credit class and see if you college offers it. if not do not take these class thinking that you will recevie a degree in web design. also financial aid does not pay for these classes.

in laymam term these class are only good for giving you some prior knowledge for a credit course.

This is the continuing ed division, you will not earn transferable college credit.

Enroll in the regular semester classes FOR CREDIT and then you can decide later if you want to go for a an associate degree. These classes are for professional interest, not credit.

The school is either on a semester or quarter system, 2-3 months of coursework. You cannot earn credit with classes that meet three or four times, and the c.ed. division is almost always not credit bearing.

Call the college admissions office and tell them you want to enroll to earn college credit. They will then direct you to the right forms and paperwork.

If you are going to attend classes to study web design at a community college, the credits you earn may go towards your electives credits for when you attend a university to recieve a Bachelors/Masters, etc. At a community college the highest degree you can recieve is an Associates Degree. Also you can take your basic classes (math,reading, etc) at your local community college that is mandatory for the University you want to attend in order to get your BA or whatever degree you want.

Could just take some course for experiences. If you want an Associate, then the college should list what you need to take and is required in order for you to recieve that degree.

Go to an orientation and ask an advisor how to obtain it. Email then your question.

Paying to talk approximately intercourse, whether overt or innuendo, over the telephone. there is not something stupid approximately your question. that is stupid how lots money those human beings will pay for the variety of gratification. people who run those operations are genuine execs’ who’s procedures are designed to maintain those callers speaking for this reason working up expenditures that would desire to pay off the nationwide debt. that is totally criminal too and yet another raucous thank you to chop up a fool and their money.
