College Grades!?
If you get an “F” for a mid-term grade in a college class all you have to do is take the class over again right?

If you fail you can take the class over, but your original grade will be recorded on your transcript — even if you get an A the second time around. Also, your GPA will be calculated using the first grade. I would ask for some extra-credit to get that grade up and just do the class once and get it over with. Good luck!

Yes and no. Grades in college can’t just disappear because you are going to re-take the course. Some colleges may allow that, but most do not. The best thing to do is do the work that you need to and do extremely well on the Final exam. If it is not apart of your major requirements I would suggest taking this course of yours pass/fail. It won’t affect your GPA that way.

You can …but some professors don’t care and won’t let you take it over again! But that’s some professors …they won’t let you keep up with the class they don’t care! So Good luck! Hope everything works out for you!
