College Blues?

I am a freshman in college and it’s the middle of the semester I’m stressing big time over my grades, mid-terms, and I am in one Learning support class for English to exit learning support we have to take the compass test and write an exit essay-my professor says I’m a good writer, but I have bad grammar and use little punctuation-the thing is she doesn’t grade the essays or tests. For they past 3 to 4 weeks I been having terrible headaches everyday and last Sunday my mom had to rush me to hospital. I want to know how you dealt with stress while you were in college.

the key is to manage your time. sit down and plan everything that you do during a day all the way down to when you eat. this will force you to have study time and time to relax a little. It is important to learn how to balance both your school work and time away from it otherwise you may end up with anxiety and other problems.

Good Luck, when you plan everything out it is usually much easier.

We all had a tough time in College…just take it easy, day by day, try to drink green tea and eat vegetarian food, take one subject after another, do not rush and do not stress too much…things will get better once you get used to higher expectations…you can improve your Grammar on these sites:
