If this is a title, then it’s “I Guess This Is Just Cool”.
About the only things NOT to capitalize in titles are articles (the, a, an) and conjunctions (and, but, or, with neither and nor being exceptions).
Consult Strunk & White, “The Elements of Style”, or “The Chicago Manual of Style”.

No. Unless it is a book title a song title or a movie title.(title) if it is it should be I Guess This Is Just Cool. If not. it should be written like this. I guess this is just cool.

Is it a book title? If so, I think it is correct. That’s not great English, though.
The person before me told you how to capitalize it for a sentence.

‘catsandy’ is right – ANY title has to have ALL the words in it caitaliz(s)ed in proper English. The author or ‘user’ of it may do it differently, but it’s still not proper English !!
