The CC must be authorized to admit international students by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. What this means is that the CC must be authorized to issue I-20’s (Certificate of Eligibility for Non-Immigrant (F-1) Student). An I-20 is required to request for an F-1 (Student) visa to enter the U.S. Check with the CC you are interested in for their admissions and I-20 requirements. You will be required to provide a copy of your passport, a bank statement showing sufficient funds to study and live in the U.S. as well as have comprehensive medical insurance.
