If you are considering Ohio and Indiana, you should consider Kentucky. Our tuition rates are A LOT cheaper than OH or IN and the schools are great. I have attended Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), the University of Kentucky (UK) and the University of Louisville (U of L). I graduated from U of L and I like it the best.

EKU is great for teachers, law enforcement, and computers.

UK is great for teachers, psychology, and anything related to the medical field.

U of L is great for languages, information technology, business, music, anything in the medical and engineering fields (Speed School/new Research Facility).

These are just my opinions and the website for each school may tell you more. I lived on campus at both EKU and U of L. I liked both. I know U of L has done a lot in the past few years to upgrade student living conditions. You can also get an off-campus apartment pretty cheap (Old Louisville) if you wanted. But for at least the first year, I’d recommend living on campus.

Louisville is a big town (largest in the state) but people are still really nice here and it has a “hometown” feel to it.

Check it out! ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck! ๐Ÿ™‚
