i go to Michigan State, And I find that finding a quiet corner and listening to music through headphones helps me alot. It keeps other people from bothering you and allows you to do your work,

Do not study where you live. I have a desk in my dorm but I can never focus when here. I spend too much time thinking about sleep or I turn on the tv or something.
Go to the library. If you physically move your body away from home with the intention of getting something done, I find that I will get it done faster and better. If you do go to the library, or some other quiet place, sit away from main areas of traffic. “Head bobbing” is common by the stairs, because you look at every person who walks by. Sit in a corner.

try to organize/neaten your working area, do some work, take a break, eat and drink healthy and take vitamins. Plan what you’ll wear a day ahead ,shoot for going to bed at a certain time to sleep a certain amount of hours.wear ear plugs if u must use new ones each time or ears get infected
