Iv’e been on the College Board website regarding APs, but is their anyway I can find colleges according to what AP course they accept?

You can usually find what credits are accepted on the college’s website.

You can ask colleges directly what AP credits/scores they accept. However, if you’re planning on going to medical or graduate school, sometimes they do not accept ANY AP scores and you must take those credits in your university.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. On the CollegeBoard website I know that you can search a specific college/university and the site will tell you what AP courses the university gives credit for…and how much credit!
