There is none. Colleges KNOW what various awards mean at different schools. If there were a fast way just to earn the award, the college would know that and wouldn’t give you any benefit – in fact, might even downgrade you for playing that game.
Most colleges certainly know the high schools in their major student supply chain. If they don’t, they use “local alumni evaluators” to find out for them. Think about it, if there were such a thing as a fast award that would mean something to colleges, then wouldn’t pretty much every student in your school (and every other school) planning on going to college have it??
You can’t con the admissions department. They are pros and well, it’s their job to know what’s what.
