I have friends who have had no problem with doing this. If you are pre-med, you should look at med school admissions websites to see exactly what classes they require. Usually, they are 1st and 2nd year classes like:
Chemistry I w/ lab
Chemistry II w/ lab
Organic Chemistry I and II with at least 1 semester of lab
Physics I and II with lab
Biology I with lab
Biology elective with lab
good luck!

You are smart to start off at a community college! It’s cheaper and you can get all your basics out of the way. Focus on the general sciences and math, get your basic English and other humanities out of the way so when you transfer to a 4 year school you can concentrate on taking all the advanced science and maths there.
