Because, in the days when most women wore corsets, and other restrictive clothing that often buttoned up the back, another person was required to do the buttoning. As a result, since most people are right-handed, the buttons on the women’s clothes were arranged so that they could be handled naturally by the second person. Men did most of their own buttoning, so their buttons were arranged in the opposite manner, so they could do it for themselves.

a woman’s shirt buttons the choice of adult men’s outfits because of the fact of while women human beings have been evailed specific rights in historic past. while women human beings have been allowed to experience horses it became ideal for a woman to experience area saddle. subsequently she continuously rode on the left area. This brought about a woman’s shirt to return open in the wind. So the shirt became replaced to button opposite as to no longer be obscene.

So men don’t get too confused when they undress women.
Really it has to do with the history of fashion.
