Luigino is a currency issued from 1994 to 1996 in Seborga, an Italian city which claims to be an independent principality. Its legal status is controversial.

As far as I am concerned, the Sterling Pound has always been the highest.

My comparison ….. British Sterling vs US dollar.

USD$1 = to my country’s $4

Sterling £1 = to my country’s $6 to $7

So, the British currency has the highest value…to me anyway…
