Have a slumber party with ur best friends. Watch a movie in ur pj’s, listen to music, and stay up all night gossiping. U can always bring make up if you have any and share with friends to test skin tone, but like the others said, save the really fun stuff for ur sweet 16.

well. you throw a huge party at a hotel then. go to a water park or amusement park with ur 2 best friends. then after you get home with ur 2 best friends have a sleepover and watch movies untill the morning . (and dont forget the pop corn)
