It depends on what your project is about.Sometimes you can look online or in a library book for statistics and sometimes you can make up your own poll and note who agrees/disagrees with certain things.
If it’s about starving people, then you could go to a well-known organization’s website and look up the statistics that they’ve gathered. You could also go to your local library and ask someone to help you gather info to that effect.
If it’s about how the food is at a certain restaurant, you can ask people their opinion on it and note who hates it and who loves it. You could get your friends to go to a place with a lot of people and ask them simple questions and add up the results.
