Hard to say… I don’t think that there have been any statistics to confirm an answer, but I think that it would depend on individuals and their relationships. When I was in high school is was basically between people that had actual full blown going steady type relationshops… now… it seems to me like kids are throwing it around to anyone because it makes them popular or cool…

my guess is no… more likely to find permiscuous behivior in college… where it is easier to find a place where doing this sort of thing will not result in a policeman shining a light in your car, or your parents banging on your door say, “what the hell is going on in there?”
