B. Eat the cornflakes, use the box as a boat. Pluck the chicken and use the feathers to make a sail . . . OK, I don’t have a clue where I’m going with this. You can eat them in either order for that scenario.
Feed the chicken the cornflakes and save it’s eggs for the trip home. Then eat the chicken. =)

eat the corn flakes, and if the chicken is a hen, it will lay eggs and provide food…..
then eat the chicken after it is dead, and you can also use the chicken (after it is dead) as bait to catch fish…you could also possibly use some of the cornflakes in the same way.
