The absolute best way would be immersion with an English speaking preschool where there is tremendous incentive to learn English – namely, communicating with children his own age.
There are also educational softwares and DVDs suited for a three-year old. You can also start teaching your child functional English words, phrases and sentences. He/She can also learn English words through environment prints (aka ads), read the word/s to him/her and encourage your child to repeat the words.
Bottom line is make learning the language fun and engaging.
Aren’t kids in school at 3 ??
I’m from france, I thought that where you’re from, the kids were already in school at 3 years old
Kids start school at the age of 2 in france…
