MDMA is illegal in most countries, and its possession, manufacture or sale may result in criminal prosecution.

MDMA is what is supposed to be in it. Many pills are full of other stuff though. MDA, caffeine, DXM, methamphetamine, ephedra etc. have all been found in the pills. You never really know unless you send it away to be tested.
