What are you going to do for the month of September with your class?
Have a sever special ed. class…i love to do arts and crafts with them. they have a range of disabilities from mental to physical limitations so Im looking for simple arts and crafts ideas related to the month of September…not quite Fall yet…but you know…could be seasonal based, could be back to school theme etc. Want to hear ideas!! Trying to plan for the next few weeks!! thanks a bunch!!

Unfortunately I am going to do nothing with it since I didn’t have enough students enrolled this term. I guess I will get caught up on an extended summer break and do some personal study time to improve myself.

Have you thought about using different color yarns to make pictures. I would have them do pictures of what they did in the summer or family and friends or favorite animals.
I think maybe a Murial in your class room of something that means a lot to them the school, beach, maybe the zoo have them all pick an animal from the zoo.

Do leaf people different fall colors talk about how they are similar to people different but all beautiful. , then you might want to let them arrange them in order of their favorite colors.
name things that belongs to each color group. Just have fun. Have a great school year.
