First students must learn to be punctual to school (being in time).

They must respect the teachers.

They must dress neatly.

They must complete the home works given by the teacher.

They should mingle with good friends and avoid bad company.

They must enjoy studying.

If you are just taking lessons at the barn, then how did it come about that you presumed it was okay to be whipping any horse? Some horses go ballistic if they are whipped. I don’t get why you were put in the position of leading the pony if you are not an employee of the barn, and would not be covered by liability insurance carried by the facility. The barn owner/manager/instructors are liable for the safety of the students. I would need to know more details as to why you were involved with anything other than your own lesson to begin with, and who if anyone gave you permission or authority to discipline or use a whip on any of the horses on the ground and not within the framework of a supervised lesson. ************************* Add…………………. As a volunteer, you are not an employee, so you are not likely to be covered by their liability insurance. It’s one thing to muck stalls, and another to be working with the students when it comes to liability issues. The trainer’s daughter is probably covered by insurance and knows the rules, and has the authority to discipline you. Regardless, you are also a minor, and she is an adult. Adults are held legally accountable for their actions in ways that minors are not.

First of all comes the travelling safety…. how u r on the way to ur school and back……. the way u commute , drive etc

Start off early so that rushing might not cause u any harm.

Keep off the bad guys…..u nver know when the cool jokes become nasty……

Mind with the compasses etc.
