expository writing is intended to expose or reveal its subject through facts, reason and argument. Typically takes the form of an essay.

Narrative writing is more personal, a composition in which the writer’s primary purpose is to tell a story, defined as a linked sequence of events that moves through time

a NARRATIVE is a story, It has characters. things happen in a certain time and place. it has a beginning, a middle, and an end. There is usually a problem. it gets solved during the story. Narratives can tell true stories. They can also tell stories that the writers have made with their imagination.

a EXPOSITORY text is written to give information about something. It explains or describes the subject of the text. The text may be about people. it may be about things or events. Expository texts are true. They give facts, such as dates and places.

Hinduism is a Karmic religion… The other two are dogmatic… The similarities between Christianity and Islam are too numerous to mention… They even have the same key figures but playing different roles… (in Islam Jesus existed but was not the son of God).
