What are the best ways to improve ENGLISH? Please,suggest.?

I am trying to write lyrics,poems,stories etc. but my english writing ability hurting me a lot.After I show someone my writings,first thing they comment to me is “I think english is not your first language”.

I really really want to make my english better,so that I can be more hopeful in my writing.

or maybe try online english tutorial.. it would help you a lot and fast!

The tutor suggestion was good. If you can’t afford a tutor, you can do a lot of things yourself. First and foremost, you can get a dictionary and look up all the words you use. You can get a thesaurus, which will help you to find better words to use in your writing (just make sure you check the words you find in a dictionary to make sure that they mean what you think they mean). You can also do grammar exercises on-line (there are a ton of sites out there) and you can get books on English grammar, and English writing from the library.

READ A LOT!!!

It will be a slow process, as language learning takes time, but if you are motivated, you will succeed!

Study Spanish. Read books on syntax and grammar of both languages. The idea is to learn how sentences are structured.

There are also studies of sentence diagrammning which will help.

Also read several books of non-fiction and fiction that were written 100 years ago. Ask your library for them. Just seeing the prose will set beautiful patterns of expression in your mind.
