Confidence in yourself is the one thing a person needs to be successful speaking in front of people.

You need to know your topic inside and out. If you’re scared then stare just over everyone’s head and no one will realize you’re not looking at them. I just gave a 90 minute presentation to 55 other teachers in my district and that’s scary. Probably the first five minutes I was unsure of myself but then it just flowed.
