Teaching ESL in Montreal… Requirements as a U.S. Citizen?

I am interested in teaching English as a Second Language in Montreal. I am a U.S. citizen, 22 yrs old, with B/A in Spanish and French.

3 questions:

1) Is there any way that I can work in Canada as an ESL teacher without having an ESL teaching degree?

3) Do I need a work visa?

4) Any suggestions of sites online with possible employers?
