I think building factories is the best option because it would be a faster process in manufacturing or making or developing products than manual.

I personally think it all has to do with showing the student you both care. That of course leads a person the problem of how do you show you care; and that brings us back to the motivation issue.

If you are a parent, the teacher may not be open to you saying that he/she needs to care more. Maybe tell the teacher the students biggest outside interest and have the teacher work from there. After all, if the student really knows the teacher cares they will do just about anything to please them.

This is a really difficult thing to answer for someone else. It seems to depend on knowing the child. Good luck!!

P.S. after re-reading your question I can plainly see that you are the teacher. Please don’t take offense to what I said, but from an outside point of view that seems like the best course of action.

Using what I said above, call the parents and talk to them. Calling the parents is often feared, but this doesn’t have to be a negative at all, just tell them you want to help motivate them and that you want to find out some of his/her other interests. The call itself will get back to the student and might show you care.

Be sure not to be specific in the problem and possibly get the kid in trouble.
