Honestly, I’m not even sure what you’re asking. Also, more than once you used “are” instead of “our;” apparently spelling is no longer part of language arts? And 50% is a high enough score to get into English (whatever that means)? What is happening with the education system? Finally, if you have a problem with your particular district, wouldn’t it be better to go through someone in the district instead of getting advice from Y!A?

Have you given your teacher these reasons? If you have to write the reasons (both good and bad as you stated above), please be sure to correct your grammatical and spelling errors. You might ask your teacher to explain to you her reasons for not allowing you to take English beyond the placement test results based on percentage(s). Also, ask her what was your score on your placement test and what score you need to earn in order to take English. Finally, ask her what you can do to be able to take English and how you can prepare for the placement test, if the decision to take English is solely based on the placement test scores. Be nice when you ask her. Lose any attitude you might have when you approach your teacher. If the decision is based entirely on placement test scores, study grammar and spelling. What you need to do is copy and paste your writing above to a word program and add the title why I want to be in your English class (if that is in fact what you are asking) and I am sure she will see the need…

it sounds like you have reasons to think you should be put into english…maybe try talking to you teacher about why he/she doesn’t think you should be?
