A student with dislexia should be having other outside assistance and not just relying solely on regular school lessons.

Does this child have an IEP plan? If so you are suppose to do what is on it to help the child.

If child does not have IEP, why not?

It does not suprise me at all that the school let the child go this far without giving them help at all.

Very common in the corrupt system called public school special education.

There is a good “reading program” out there for those with dyslexia…….It’s called “The Wilson Reading Program.”

You may want to give it a look…..It has helped many children that I know of who have gone through school and needed help with understanding the concept of letters and where to place them to make the proper sound for words.

Good luck!
