the median is the middle number when the numbers are put in order.

so 15,8,3,5,6,11 becomes 3,5,6,8,11,15.

then find the middle number which in this case you cant do because you have an even amount of numbers, so you add the two middle numbers and divide by 2 ( 6 + 8 = 14 then divide by 2)

so the answers 7, 🙂

message me if your still stuck

Median is the number in the middle of a series of numbers arranged from lowest to highest.

3 5 6 8 11 15

In a series like this there is an even number, so there isn’t a true middle number. So you have to find the average of the two middle numbers. so your answer would be 7

Put the numbers in order, from least to greatest.

The median will be the number in the middle of the list.

If there’s two middle numbers,

add them up and divide by two.
