With a mirror thats stands 90* from the sun or a 180* mirror ? Easiest way ?

I guess i don’t understand something here. If the mirror is 180 degrees, does that mean its edge is toward the sun? What is it 180 degrees from?

If its edge is toward the sun, then obviously the 90 degree mirror will have more ability to deflect the beams.
