David Kolb describes two major differences in how people learn: how they perceive situations and how they process information.
The concept of experiential learning explores the cyclical pattern of all learning from Experience through Reflection and Conceptualising to Action and on to further Experience
Kolb identifies four basic types of learners: Convergers, Divergers, Assimilators, and Accommodators.
