Your success has everything to do with you. I am not trying to sound philisophical on you, but I mean it. A degree is somthing all employers look for (career positions), but executives, directors, and managers rarely care where you got a degree.
You have the power to be you and if your effort is at max, then keep going. Dont do if for the company, do it for yourself.. You will always sleep better at night if you complete your day with knowing you gave it your all.

I didn’t graduate from the DoD schools – but I spent my elementary, middle and the first year of HS in them. Frankly, the DoD schools I’ve been to held the students to higher standards, offered more opportunities for exceptional students, and had better discipline and teachers than the civilian school I graduated from… and that school was considered one of the better ones in NW FL.
Since then, I’ve gotten my Masters in Library Science, I have a job I love in my field, and while I’m not pulling in millions, I’m comfortable. I think that qualifies as success. 🙂
